Indulgent mini cheesecakes with layers of chocolate and peanut butter on a crunchy graham cracker base - an irresistible party delight!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 11 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.333 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
  • 0.5 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and brown sugar in a bowl. Divide the mixture evenly into the muffin cups and press down to flatten.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese with an electric mixer until velvety. Add white sugar and vanilla, mix until fluffy. Incorporate milk, followed by eggs one at a time until smooth. Divide batter evenly into two separate bowls.
  • Blend creamy peanut butter into the luscious cream cheese mixture until perfectly combined. Distribute the delectable mixture evenly among the muffin cups.
  • Combine the melted chocolate chips with the cream cheese mixture and beat until delightfully creamy. Fill the muffin cups with the mixture and generously sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until nearly set. Let it cool completely on a wire rack. Serve right away or chill before enjoying.
