Mini semi-sweet chocolate coated peanut butter cups.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 0.25 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 0.25 cup peanut butter
Instructions:
- Prepare a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Microwave chocolate with butter and oil in a bowl until melted, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour a tablespoon of the chocolate mixture into each muffin cup.
- Microwave peanut butter for 30-40 seconds until melted. Drizzle approximately 1 teaspoon of melted peanut butter over the chocolate in each muffin cup, then add another tablespoon of chocolate on top.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
