Mini Strawberry Santas

Christmas-themed strawberry Santas with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and chocolate sprinkles will charm guests of all ages.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Slice the hulled-side of the strawberries to create a flat base for them to stand on a plate. Next, slice off the tip of each strawberry to form Santa's "hat" and set aside.
  • Whip together the cream and confectioners' sugar in a glass or metal bowl until soft peaks form. Peaks should form when lifting the beater or whisk straight up; the whipped cream will be light and fluffy.
  • Top the strawberry base with a generous scoop of whipped cream to create the "face" and "beard". Place the "hat" on top of the "face". Use a toothpick to add a small dot of whipped cream on top of the "hat" for the "pom-pom" and 2 dots on the strawberry base for "buttons". Finally, place 2 sprinkles on the "face" to make the "eyes".
