Make flavor-packed appetizers for your next gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (1 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Red Pepper Dip*
  • 2 medium plum (Roma) tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups lightly packed baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced cooked smoked turkey (from deli)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and generously grease a large cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray. Unroll the pizza crust and shape it into a 12x8-inch rectangle on the prepared cookie sheet. Use the end of a wooden spoon handle to make indentations on the dough about 1 inch apart. Brush the dough with oil and then sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake until beautifully golden for 10-13 minutes, then allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the focaccia in half lengthwise to create two 12x4-inch pieces. Spread 1/4 cup of dip on the bottom of each focaccia piece. Add a single layer of tomatoes and spinach on one piece. Layer the turkey evenly over the spinach. Finally, place the remaining focaccia piece, dip side down, over the turkey and press lightly.
  • Using a long serrated knife, create 12 square sandwiches by cutting into 6 rows crosswise and 2 rows lengthwise. Secure each sandwich with a toothpick through all layers.
