Ingredients:
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite-size pieces
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup margarine
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
  • Combine the chicken and garlic in a medium bowl. Coat them with flour, ensuring to shake off any excess.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the margarine until sizzling. Brown the chicken pieces until golden. Stir in fresh mint leaves and lemon juice, cover, and steam for 5 minutes until chicken is tender. Avoid overcooking to maintain juiciness.
