Indulgent mint-chocolate cookies, ideal for any party.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package (4.67 oz) Andes crème de menthe thins
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine cookie mix, oil, water, and egg in a medium bowl and mix until a soft dough forms. If dough is too stiff, add 1 to 2 more teaspoons of water as needed.
  • Spoon rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart. Press a thumb or the handle of a wooden spoon into the center of each cookie to create an indentation.
  • Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until edges are set, then take out of the oven.
  • Place unwrapped candy pieces in the center of each cookie. Bake for an extra 1 to 2 minutes until the candy is slightly melted. Allow them to cool for 1 minute before transferring to a wire rack. Let cookies cool completely and store in an airtight container.
