Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened and cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 1 clove roasted garlic (optional)
Instructions:
  • Combine butter, miso paste, and garlic in a mini food processor until smooth, making sure to scrape down the sides halfway through. If a mini processor is not available, simply mash the ingredients together with a fork until well blended.
  • Place in a sealed airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer.
