Miso coleslaw

Tasty Asian coleslaw perfect with fish or chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 300g cabbage, thinly shredded
  • 1 large carrot, coarsely grated
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 300g edamame beans, podded
  • 125.00 ml fresh coriander, coarsely chopped
  • 50g snowpea sprouts, trimmed
  • 1 small roasted garlic clove (see note)
  • 18.00 gm tahini
  • 13.80 gm avocado oil
  • 3 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 13.80 gm extra-virgin olive oil
  • 13.60 gm maple syrup
  • 12.00 gm white miso paste
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
  • Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients in a spacious bowl.
  • Toss cabbage, carrot, onion, coriander, sprouts, and edamame in dressing until coated evenly.
