Easy and flavorful miso glazed chicken wings, ideal for game day or a delicious weeknight meal! Pair with veggies or an Asian stir-fry for a satisfying dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 to 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons red or white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon Korean gochujang or Sriracha
  • Green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Get those wings ready: Gently dry each chicken wing with paper towels. Place them in a single layer on the baking sheet and generously season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the wings for 20-22 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Make the miso glaze by whisking together miso paste, teriyaki sauce, rice wine vinegar, and Korean spicy sauce (to taste) in a small bowl while the wings roast.
  • Coat the roasted wings in glaze: Brush the chicken wings generously with sauce, then bake for 8 more minutes.
  • Present: Take the wings out of the oven and place them on a serving platter. Optionally, garnish with sliced green onions.
