- 9 cups Chocolate Chex™ cereal
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 package (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- Combine the cereal, pecans, and marshmallows in a large bowl. Spread the mixture evenly onto 2 large ungreased cookie sheets.
- Microwave chocolate chips and oil in a 2-cup microwavable measuring cup on High for 1 minute, stirring halfway through. Continue microwaving in short intervals if needed until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture.
- Chill until firm, approximately 10 minutes, then break into pieces and store in a sealed container.
