Mixed Berry Yogurt Oat Treats

Satisfying and tasty snack, perfect swap for granola bars.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium banana
  • 3 tubes (2.25 oz each) Yoplait® Go-Gurt® yogurt or Yoplait® Go-Gurt® Protein yogurt, any flavor (from 1 lb 2 oz box)
  • 2 1/2 cups quick cooking or old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup dried strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line 12 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy using an electric mixer. Add egg and banana, mix well, then blend in yogurt. Fold in oats, dried strawberries, and walnuts. Fill muffin cups evenly with the mixture.
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until the tops are beautifully golden brown. Allow to cool on a rack for 15 minutes.
