Delicious and simple recipe to please all tastes.
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed dressing
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup 1-inch pieces cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup grapes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 oz white Cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Instructions:
  • Place 1/4 cup of strawberries, along with the dressing and sugar, in a food processor. Process with quick on-and-off motions until smooth.
  • Combine the remaining 1/2 cup of strawberries, cantaloupe, grapes, blueberries, and cheese in a medium bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss everything together.
