Orange juice and fruit mixed with gelatin, chilled and topped with creamy vanilla pudding and cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (6 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 2.5 cups boiling water
  • 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Grease a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water. Mix in the mandarin oranges, pineapple, and orange juice. Transfer to a prepared pan and refrigerate until set.
  • Combine the pudding, cream cheese, and milk until smooth. Spread mixture over the gelatin layer and refrigerate until set.
