Mixed peas and beans with garlic butter

Leek and garlic-infused peas and beans are a flavor explosion!
Ingredients:
  • 60g butter
  • 1 leek, white part only, thinly sliced
  • 300g sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 300g green beans, trimmed
  • 300g pea
Instructions:
  • Heat the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat until it starts foaming. Add the leek and garlic, stirring occasionally, and cook for 5 minutes or until the leek softens.
  • Cook the peas and beans in a large saucepan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes until vibrant green and tender. Drain thoroughly.
  • Combine the pea mixture with the leek mixture and cook together until thoroughly mixed and heated. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve promptly.
