Ingredients:
  • 0.5 head lettuce, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced and seeded
  • 1 small white onion, sliced
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 slices white onion, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine fresh, crisp lettuce with vibrant bell pepper, juicy tomato, and flavorful onion in a bowl to create a colorful and delicious salad. Set aside to let the flavors meld together.
  • In an electric blender, mix mango, water, oil, lemon juice, onion slices, honey, basil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Drizzle some dressing over the salad to add moisture. Serve the remaining dressing on the side for guests to adjust to their liking.
