Indulge in a creamy mocha yogurt packed with chocolate protein, Greek yogurt, and a caffeine kick for a perfect morning boost!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 scoops chocolate-flavored whey protein powder (such as ON™ Gold Standard)
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 4 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup granola cereal with nuts
  • 0.5 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 0.5 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions:
  • Mix together Greek yogurt, honey, protein powder, instant coffee, cocoa powder, and cinnamon in one bowl. In a separate bowl, toss together strawberries and raspberries.
  • Create a visually appealing parfait by layering 1/3 cup of yogurt, followed by 1/2 cup of berries, another 1/3 cup of yogurt, 1/2 cup of granola, and a final 1/3 cup of yogurt in a glass. Top it off with a sprinkle of granola and a decorative fruit piece. Repeat the layers in another glass, saving some granola and fruit for the finishing garnish.
