Indulge in rich and velvety mocha truffles for a decadent post-dinner delight.
Ingredients:
  • 220g pkt melts real white chocolate
  • 60ml thickened cream
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 2 x 220g pkts melts real milk chocolate
  • 24 coffee beans
Instructions:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, mix white chocolate, cream, and instant coffee. Microwave on medium heat, stirring every minute, until smooth, which should take 2-3 minutes. Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours until firm.
  • Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper. Shape 2-teaspoonfuls of chocolate mixture into balls and place them on the tray. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until firm. Melt milk chocolate in a microwave-safe jug by microwaving on medium (50%) power, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth (1-2 minutes). Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate using forks, shake off excess, and return to the tray. Top each truffle with a coffee bean. Chill in the fridge for another 30 minutes until set.
