Ingredients:

180g white chocolate, chopped
1545.00 gm milk
300ml thickened cream
125.00 ml Kahlua liqueur
cocoa powder, to dust

Instructions:

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate, milk, and cream. Cook and stir for 8 to 10 minutes until the chocolate has melted and the milk is nearly boiling. Remove from heat, stir in liqueur, and pour into warmed glasses. Dust with cocoa and serve.
