Easy oven-baked turkey burgers served on toasted buns with fresh toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 0.25 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley paste
  • 1.5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)

Instructions:
  • Combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, onion, green onion, egg, garlic, parsley paste, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and salt in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a baking dish using cooking spray.
  • Shape the turkey mixture into four mouthwatering patties and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until the center is no longer pink and the juices run clear. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
