Energize and invigorate with this refreshing drink.
Ingredients:
  • 750.00 ml cranberry juice, chilled
  • 2 large carrots, chopped
  • 2 large oranges, peeled, halved
  • 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled
Instructions:
  • Pour the cranberry juice evenly into the chilled glasses.
  • Position a sizeable jug beneath the juice extractor nozzle. Extract the juice from the carrot, orange, and ginger. Mix well to blend the flavors.
  • Layer one-quarter of the carrot juice mixture over the cranberry juice in a glass using the back of a spoon. Repeat with the remaining carrot juice mixture. Serve.
