Moroccan hommus dip

Enhance homemade hummus with exotic Moroccan spices.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 400g cans chickpeas, drained, rinsed
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 45.50 gm extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Moroccan seasoning mix (see note)
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 20.00 ml flat-leaf parsley leaves, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Combine chickpeas, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 2 tablespoons oil, garlic, Moroccan seasoning, and pepper in a food processor. Blend until creamy. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until serving.
  • Transfer the dip into a stylish serving bowl. Sprinkle with fragrant parsley and a touch of pepper. Finish with a drizzle of the remaining oil for added richness. Serve and enjoy!
