Enjoy a refreshing mint tea to cleanse your palate post-Moroccan meal.
Ingredients:
  • 25g (1/4 cup) green tea leaves
  • 16 sprigs fresh mint
  • 100g sugar cubes
  • 2L (8 cups) boiling water
Instructions:
  • Combine the tea leaves, mint, and sugar in a warmed teapot. Add boiling water, then gently swirl the pot to mix. Let it rest for 5-7 minutes to infuse.
  • Divide the tea among glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
