Kid-friendly Moroccan pork meatballs for a delicious dinner!
Ingredients:
  • 500g pork mince
  • 2 tsp Moroccan seasoning
  • 82.50 gm fruit chutney
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 small red capsicum, finely chopped
  • Couscous, to serve
  • Fruit chutney, to serve
  • Steamed peas, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together mince, seasoning, chutney, chives, and capsicum. Shape level tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place on a plate. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • - Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs in batches, turning frequently, until golden brown. Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes until fully cooked. Serve with couscous, fruit chutney, and steamed vegetables.
