Energize your morning with a bowl of crispy muesli.
Ingredients:
  • 360g rolled oats
  • 110g bran cereal
  • 80g pepitas
  • 80g sunflower seeds
  • 125g pecan
  • 170g dried cranberries (craisins)
  • 5.00 gm ground cinnamon
  • 80g butter, chopped
  • 250ml maple syrup
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C and generously coat a large roasting pan with melted butter.
  • In a large bowl, mix together oats, bran cereal, pepitas, sunflower seeds, pecans, cranberries, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • In a roasting pan, combine butter and maple syrup. Bake until the butter melts and foams, about 5 minutes. Add the oats and mix well. Bake for 5 minutes. Stir, then bake for another 5 minutes. Repeat twice more until the muesli is lightly toasted. Allow to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
