Quick and easy soy garlic glazed mushrooms. Perfect with pork chops, steak, or salmon!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) package sliced white mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until sizzling. Add in mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and have released their juices, which should take roughly 5 minutes.
  • Add the aromatic garlic into the mix and stir continuously for 1 minute. Then, pour in the soy sauce and allow it to cook until all the liquid has evaporated, which should take around 4 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
  • Serve the dish piping hot and savor every mouthwatering bite!
