Fluffy mustard mashed potatoes, ideal for mustard enthusiasts. Ideal with pork chops or sausages.
Ingredients:
  • 5 red potatoes, scrubbed and halved
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup whole grain mustard
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, simmer potatoes in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and let steam dry for a minute. Mash potatoes in a bowl with milk and butter, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Use an electric mixer on medium speed to whip potatoes for 3 to 4 minutes until smooth. Add more milk if needed for desired consistency. Stir in whole grain mustard and serve hot.
