Tender pork chops cooked in beer and BBQ sauce with caramelized onions for a delicious, easy meal.
Ingredients:
  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
  • 2 onions, sliced
Instructions:
  • Season pork chops generously with flavorful steak seasoning. Sear until golden brown on both sides in a hot skillet. Remove and transfer to a plate.
  • 1. Add beer to the skillet, stirring until the browned bits are incorporated. Mix in barbecue sauce, then add pork chops and onions. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer gently for 1 to 2 hours until pork is tender and reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C) when checked with a thermometer.
