Naan Bread Margherita Pizza with Prosciutto

Delicious naan pizza topped with green onions, garlic, mozzarella, tomatoes, prosciutto, Parmesan, and basil for a flavorful meal in minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 naan breads
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil, or as needed
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large roma tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 slice prosciutto, sliced
  • 6 leaves fresh basil, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.
  • Lay naan breads on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle green onion and garlic. Add 4 slices mozzarella on each, then top with tomato slices. Season tomatoes with salt and pepper, finish with prosciutto, basil, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven until crispy on the edges and the cheese is melted, for about 8 minutes. Then broil for an additional 2 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned and bubbling.
