Quick and tasty twist on pizza - grilled naan with melty mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil. Ready in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 naan flat bread
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz)
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 fresh basil leaves, coarsely torn
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill until hot. Grill naan bread over medium heat for about 45 seconds on each side. Remove from grill.
  • Brush one side of the bread with oil. Layer with cheese and tomatoes, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the pizza back on the grill, cover, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese is melted. Use a large metal spatula to transfer the pizza from the grill, then sprinkle with fresh basil.
