Revitalize your mornings with a nutritious nashi and blueberry bircher muesli.
Ingredients:
  • 200.00 gm rolled oats
  • 250.00 ml vanilla bean Greek yoghurt
  • 393.75 gm apple juice
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 150g blueberries
  • 1 nashi pear, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 tsp finely grated lime rind
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped pistachios
  • 12.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 2.50 gm ground cinnamon
  • Honey, extra to decorate
Instructions:
  • Mix rolled oats, vanilla bean Greek yogurt, apple juice, and honey in a bowl until well combined. Cover and set aside.
  • Refrigerate overnight to let the flavors meld. Mix in blueberries, nashi pear, finely grated lime zest, and lime juice. Stir until well combined.
  • Toast the finely chopped pistachios and sesame seeds until fragrant. Mix in the ground cinnamon and toss everything together.
  • Portion the muesli into individual bowls, generously sprinkle with the flavorful pistachio mixture, and finish by elegantly drizzling each with a touch of extra honey.
