Create a decadent microwave brownie using Nesquik® chocolate drink mix for a quick and delicious single-serving treat.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup powdered chocolate drink mix (such as Nesquik®)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered chocolate drink mix (such as Nesquik®)
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons water
Instructions:
  • Combine 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate drink mix, flour, and salt in a microwave-safe mug. Stir in water and olive oil until smooth.
  • Heat mixture in the microwave until the center is fudgy and the top looks dry for approximately 1 minute and 55 seconds. Allow to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
