Prepare classic seafood boil. Lay out newspapers for easy cleanup. Serve with warm French bread for dipping. Optional: wear bibs for mess-free enjoyment.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound shrimp, heads off and unpeeled
  • 0.5 cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfectly heated cooking environment.
  • Rinse shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.
  • In a one quart casserole dish, gently melt butter until creamy. Stir in salad dressing, lemon juice, black pepper, and garlic powder for a burst of flavor.
  • Place the shrimp in the casserole dish and gently coat them with the mixture. Cover and bake, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink, about 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Present the hot shrimp on a large platter alongside individual bowls of sauce for perfect bread dunking!
