Satisfying beef noodle casserole with No Yolks Noodles to comfort on cold nights. Simple and delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 6 ounces NO YOLKS® Extra Broad Noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • 1. Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring it to a rapid boil. Cook the noodles until they are tender yet firm to the bite, for 7 to 9 minutes, or as per package instructions.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef with onion, garlic, oregano, and salt until nicely browned. Add tomato sauce, water, and cooked noodles. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake until the casserole is bubbling in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes.
