Delicious homemade chicken noodle soup with No Yolks Noodles, herbs, and fresh veggies - a comforting classic!
Ingredients:
  • 6 ounces NO YOLKS® Extra Broad Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 ribs celery, sliced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded, skin and bones removed*
  • 4 quarts chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions:
  • In a large pot over medium heat, sauté garlic and onions in oil for about 2 minutes.
  • Combine carrots, celery, bay leaves, thyme, chicken, and broth in a pot and bring to a boil. Stir in noodles and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove bay leaves and thyme sprigs, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
