Indulge in a refreshing no-bake lemon pie, perfect for lazy bakers and citrus enthusiasts!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (10 to 12 whole crackers)
  • 1/4 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
Instructions:
  • Combine the Crust ingredients in a medium bowl and evenly press them into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • In a spacious bowl, whisk together the Filling ingredients until silky. Spread evenly over the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours or until firm.
  • Top with a dollop of whipped cream for added indulgence.
