No-Bake Snickers™ Chex™ Bars

Indulgent Rice Chex™ cereal bars with peanut, caramel, and chocolate flavors, topped with chopped Snickers™ bars for extra decadence.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
  • 1 package (10 oz) peanut butter chips (about 1 2/3 cups)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cocktail peanuts
  • 1/4 cup butter, cut into tablespoons
  • 1 bag (10 oz) miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Kraft™ caramel bits
  • 1 package (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (about 2 cups)
  • 1 bar (1.86 oz) Snickers™ candy, unwrapped, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cocktail peanuts
Instructions:
  • Prepare the 13x9-inch pan and a large bowl by greasing them with cooking spray. Combine the cereal, 2/3 cup of peanut butter chips, and 1/4 cup of peanuts in the bowl.
  • Prepare a medium microwavable bowl by spraying it with cooking spray. Add butter and marshmallows, then microwave uncovered on High for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes until smooth, stirring every minute. Mix in the caramel bits and microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Stir thoroughly to blend, leaving a few caramel bits unmelted.
  • Pour the warm, gooey marshmallow mixture over the cereal mixture in a bowl, stirring until all the cereal is evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the pan.
  • In a medium microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and remaining 1 cup peanut butter chips on High for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Spread over bars and sprinkle chopped candy and 1/4 cup peanuts on top. Allow to stand for about 2 hours until set.
  • Cut the dish into 24 pieces and store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
