Naturally sweetened oatmeal cookies with applesauce, bananas, and raisins for a guilt-free treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 0.33333334326744 cup applesauce
  • 0.25 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Mix together the oats, bananas, raisins, applesauce, almond milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until fully combined. Spoon the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each spoonful.
  • Bake until the edges turn a lovely golden color, about 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
