Indulge in delicious Nutella-swirled banana bread for a flavorful twist on a classic favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 6 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 cups cake flour
  • 3 tablespoons cake flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, combine sugar and butter until creamy. Mix in bananas and eggs thoroughly. Gradually sift in 1 1/2 cups plus 3 tablespoons cake flour, baking soda, and salt; stir well. Fold in chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Transfer half of the batter into the pan.
  • Spread chocolate-hazelnut spread in the pan, top with remaining batter, then create a beautiful swirl with a knife.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then move it to a plate and let it cool for an additional 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
