Nutella hot chocolate

Indulge in Italian-style hot chocolate with a kick of Frangelico for a decadent chocolate experience.
Ingredients:
  • 310ml (1 1/4 cups) milk
  • 3.75 gm cornflour
  • 60g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
  • 75g (1/4 cup) Nutella
  • Splash of Frangelico liqueur (optional)
  • Whipped cream, to serve
  • Chocolate sauce, to serve
  • Mini doughnuts, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, pour 1/4 cup milk and whisk in cornflour until smooth. Gradually whisk in the remaining 1 cup milk, then add chocolate. Cook over low heat, stirring, until smooth. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30-60 seconds until thickened. Stir in Nutella and a splash of Frangelico liqueur, if desired. Divide mixture evenly among 2 glasses.
  • Finish by generously spooning fluffy whipped cream over the top, artfully swirling luscious chocolate sauce, and presenting alongside delightful doughnut holes or mini doughnuts.
