Quick and irresistible pie enjoyed best with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.66670000553131 cup white sugar

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.66670000553131 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (10 inch) pie crust, baked and cooled
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Combine flour, sugar, pecans, and oatmeal in a large bowl. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, combine eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Then mix into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  • Gently mix in the chocolate chips, then transfer the mixture into a pre-baked 10-inch pie crust.
  • Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 25 minutes until it looks moist, as it will firm up once it cools.
