Delicious oatmeal coconut cookies with chocolate chips, coconut, and nuts. A fun and easy spin on a classic treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect bake.
  • Combine brown sugar, butter, and white sugar in a large bowl, and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the eggs one by one, followed by the milk and vanilla; mix well.
  • Mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt until fully incorporated into the sugar mixture.
  • Mix in oats, chocolate chips, walnuts, and coconut until well combined.
  • Scoop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes for a chewy cookie or 14 minutes for a firmer texture.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the sheets for 1 minute, then transfer them to a wire rack. Once fully cooled, store them in an airtight container.
