Whip up delicious butterscotch drop cookies using Betty Crocker® oatmeal cookie mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Oatmeal Cookie Mix
  • Butter, water and egg called for on cookie mix directions
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, mix together softened butter, water, and egg until combined. Stir in the cookie mix - the dough will be stiff. Add in the butterscotch chips and mix well.
  • Spoon rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake until light golden brown, for about 10-12 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute before transferring from the cookie sheet.
