Delicious strawberry cinnamon oat bread recipe yields 2 loaves - perfect for sharing!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1.5 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1.25 pounds fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions:
  • First, heat up the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C. Then, generously grease two loaf pans measuring 7x3 inches each.
  • Combine flour, sugar, 1 1/2 cups rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together oil and eggs until well combined; gently mix into the dry ingredients. Carefully fold in strawberries. Transfer the batter into loaf pans and sprinkle the tops with the remaining 1/4 cup rolled oats before baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the loaves to cool in the pans for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
