Upgrade oatmeal cookies with a delightful blend of chocolate-coated pretzels for a delicious sweet and salty combo, using Betty Crocker oatmeal cookie mix for a simple and convenient treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Oatmeal Cookie Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped chocolate-covered pretzels
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheet).
  • Combine butter, water, and egg in a medium bowl until smooth. Mix in cookie mix and chopped pretzels.
  • Spoon rounded tablespoons of dough onto cookie sheets, leaving 2 inches of space between each.
  • Bake until lightly golden, for 11 to 13 minutes. Allow to cool on the cookie sheets for 1 minute, then transfer to cooling racks.
