"Tantalizing grilled wings seasoned with Old Bay® for bold flavor, coated in cornstarch for a perfectly crispy bite."
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds party chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®), divided
  • 0.25 cup cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, generously coat the wings with 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning by massaging them until fully coated. Add cornstarch and toss to ensure an even coat. Allow the wings to rest on a baking sheet for 10 minutes as the grill preheats.
  • Heat up your outdoor grill until it reaches a sizzling 500 degrees F (260 degrees C, if you prefer) and give the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Grill wings over indirect heat for 10 minutes on each side until cooked through. Rest wings on a baking sheet.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon of seafood seasoning and cook until the seasoning blends with the butter, approximately 3 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, place the wings. Drizzle the wings with seasoned butter and toss until they are evenly coated. Serve promptly.
