Succulent Old Bay butter roasted chicken wings with zesty cocktail sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds chicken wings, separated tips from drummettes
  • 8 Tbsp (1/2 cup or 1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning, plus more for dusting
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Cocktail sauce for dipping
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Let the wings come to room temperature to ensure easy sauce spreading, then pat dry the chicken wings.
  • In a small pot, melt the butter over gentle heat. Stir in Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice until combined. Allow the sauce to cool until comfortably warm to the touch.
  • Give the sauce another good stir, then coat the chicken wings in half of it.
  • Transfer the wings onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 25 minutes until crispy.
  • Broil: Remove wings from the oven and switch on the broiler. Place a rack 6 inches below the broiler. Flip wings on the baking sheet and broil for 3-4 minutes until nicely browned.
  • To finish: Drizzle with the rest of the sauce and plate. Sprinkle with additional Old Bay seasoning and accompany with your preferred cocktail sauce. Enjoy with Asian Style Chicken Wings, Honey Mustard Chicken Wings, or Korean Chicken Wings.
