Satisfy your seafood cravings with crispy Old Bay baked fries paired with a creamy cheese dip.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen crinkle-cut French fries
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®), or more to taste
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 8 ounces white American cheese (such as Kraft® Deluxe), diced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Combine the French fries and oil in a large bowl, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of seafood seasoning and mix until evenly coated. Transfer the seasoned fries to the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake until golden and crispy, about 35 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • As the fries bake, prepare the cheese sauce in a saucepan by whisking together milk and seafood seasoning over low heat. Once the milk starts to steam and small bubbles appear, slowly add the cheese. Stir constantly until the cheese melts completely. Serve right away as a dipping sauce with the hot fries.
