Red potatoes boiled in zesty Old Bay, fragrant thyme, and garlic for a quick and flavorful side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 4 red potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions:
  • Fill a large pot halfway with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in garlic, seafood seasoning, and thyme. Let simmer for 2 minutes, then add potatoes. Adjust water level to a thin layer right above the potatoes.
  • Cook the mixture until it becomes tender over low to medium heat for approximately 10 minutes. Once done, drain and serve.
