Whip up a quick and delicious dinner using frozen tilapia fillets, broccoli, and Old Bay seasoning for a flavorful meal the whole family will love.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 6 frozen tilapia fillets, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 0.5 tablespoon garlic salt, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease a shallow baking dish.
  • Arrange the tilapia fillets in the baking dish. Top each fillet with a piece of butter. Sprinkle seafood seasoning and garlic salt over the fillets, then drizzle some lemon juice on top. Place the broccoli around the fillets in the dish.
  • Cook in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until the fish is tender and white and the broccoli is blanched with a slight crunch.
