Quick and easy steamed Old Bay shrimp bursting with peppery and smoky flavors, ideal for any meal or snack.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 1 pound fresh large shrimp, deveined with shells on
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over high heat, bring water, vinegar, and seafood seasoning to a boil. Add shrimp and gently stir.
  • Lower the heat to medium, cover the pan, and let the ingredients steam until they turn a vibrant orange, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes. Then, drain off any excess liquid.
